Processing Time Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Delivery Times Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Damages Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@thepettygoatco.com with a photo of the damage so we can make it right.
