What are your soaps made of?
We strive to keep things as natural as possible. Our products are crafted with goats milk from our own goats, natural oils, natural clays, and plant-based colorants. Unless otherwise stated, our products will use high quality essential oils or natural infusions for fragrance. A full ingredient list can be found on each product page and on the package.
How long do your soaps last?
With proper care, our soaps can last 3–4 weeks with daily use. For the longest life, keep your bar on a well-draining soap dish and let it dry completely between uses.
What is the shelf life of an unused bar?
Unopened bars stored in a cool, dry place only get better with time! The scent may mellow as the bar cures, but it's absolutely still wonderful to use.
Shelf life of all other products?
All other products include a date of manufacture and shelf life on both the product page and the packaging, so you always know exactly when to use them by.
How should I store my soap?
Store your soap in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. A soap dish with good drainage will help your bar last longer.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We want you to love every purchase! Due to the handmade, personal-care nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders $35 and over. It's applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.
